• How do you feel when you receive a nomination or certificate? " Goosebumps, excited, overwhelmed, very pleased, gives me a great feeling, it means a great deal to me because it obviously mean't a great deal to my client and to receive a wow certificate was fantastic, makes me smile inside & out". • How do you feel if you haven't received a nomination for a long time or a certificate? responses were "it refocuses my mind on service skills, my competitive edge kicks in as I do not want my colleagues to have more nominations than me"
